RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

Customers who, for whatever reason, are not satified with their purchase at www.potesoda.com have the right to terminate the contract without penalty and without giving a reason within a period of 10 working days after day of receipt of goods. The withdrawal must be expressed with an e-mail alert sent using the RETURN FORM (see customer care - returns).
Within the stipulated period of 10 working days purchased goods must be returned to the sender, undamaged, in their original packaging and with guarantee seal not tampered.
Shipping costs for returning goods will be borne by the customer. Upon arrival of goods at the warehouse, returned items will be examined and, if damaged or with tampered guarantee seal, the withdrawal may not be exercised. If the return will be accepted, the entire amount paid for returned items minus shipping costs shall be refunded by POT&SODA.
