REFUND WITH CREDIT CARD

After receiving your return POT&SODA will verify that all the items are in the condition you received them in (look up customer service - orders - refunds), and will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
Once the return procedure will be successfully completed, our bank will refund you through the same card used for payment.
The necessary time for the amount to show on your card depends on your card company's policies.

REFUND WITH BANK WIRE

After receiving your return POT&SODA will verify that all the items are in the condition you received them in (look up customer service - orders - refunds), and will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
Once the return procedure will be successfully completed, our bank will refund you through the provided bank account number. You will be requested account name and IBAN code.
The necessary time for the amount to show on your card depends on your bank policy.
